Living with ADHD and growing up within a family business gave me an insider’s view of the unspoken tensions that often shape leadership and legacy. Today, as a systemic coach and mental health advocate, I bring that lived experience into my work, helping families navigate not just strategy, but the complex emotional patterns and hidden dynamics that influence how they lead, decide, and relate.
